Not much running here :)

Please sing the following blog post to the appropriate Britney tune;)

(Chorus)

Oops, I haven’t blogged for a week

I’ve been having fun, enjoying the sun

Oh baby,baby

Oops, my parents are here, and one thing is clee-eee-eerrrr

I’m not running very much…

(Verse)

Ooh baby, baby – it turns out that in the dark

I’m not so good at mornings

ooh baby, baby – my jeans are getting snug

That’s just a little warning

Wine, cheese, hanging with the parents

Tell me readers, cuz I need to know now all because

(Chorus)

Oops, I need to run more.

Three runs in a week will not PR me

ooh baby,baby

Oops I hereby commit, I’ll run this week-eeeennnnndddd

I’m not that fit these days πŸ™‚

Have a great weekend, everyone!

About Cathryn

I'm from Wiltshire, a beautiful rural county in the south of England. My husband, son and I moved to California in August 2010 with my husband's job, whilst I stay at home with The Dude, our gorgeous five year old son. I love running and cycling. I'm a Christian. I am finally learning to cook (about time too). I'm loving exploring this new part of the world and meeting its wonderful people.

  1. AH AH AH!!! SO funny!! Believe me, I truly sang. Are you an unknown songwriter? Because, clearly, there’s talent! πŸ˜‰ Enjoy your family. That’s the most important.

Yeah, I agree..family time rocks. But i finally managed to get out the house at 6am this morning and run…and it made me so happy and so productive, there’s a balance to be found!! Thank you for your kind comments about my songwriting genius πŸ™‚

  2. Grace says:

HAHAHA! Brilliant. (I can very much relate: I have a niece. She is a week old. She lives three miles from me. Running has utterly gone out the window.)

  3. Cute and creative! πŸ™‚
